SRUC

Where and how we capture images

Photos and videos may be taken at SRUC events, open days, graduation ceremonies, and around campus.

These images may be used for marketing, social media, promotional materials, and internal communications.

We strive to take photos that highlight the positive experiences of our students, staff, and visitors.

Your rights and opting out

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the photographer or a member of staff on the day.

At larger events, signage will be displayed to notify attendees that photography and filming are taking place.

If you see an image of yourself on SRUC’s official channels that you would like removed, please contact us at Communications@sruc.ac.uk.
