Academic requirements:
- Undergraduate applicants: SRUC normally requires school leavers from Ghana to have SSCE - 5passes at C6. We also welcome applications from students who have completed one year of relevant university study or a foundation programme.
- Postgraduate applicants: we welcome applications from students with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Please note that this information is intended as a guideline to allow you to broadly compare your qualifications to the British qualifications specified on the course pages. All applications are considered on an individual basis using a contextual admissions policy which may take into consideration your life experiences, demonstrated aptitude for your chosen course, aspirations and related skills. If you feel that you can offer relevant experience in place of qualifications, please contact us to discuss your application.
English language requirements:
All our teaching, learning materials, and assessments are in English, so to study at SRUC you will need to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. How to do this is detailed in our English language requirements page.
Visas & Immigration:
International students from Ghana may require a visa to study at SRUC. Detailed information about applying for and obtaining your student visa can be found on our visas and immigration page.
How to apply:
You can find and apply for your course directly with us using the link found in our course catalogue pages.
We also collaborate with authorised agents in Ghana who can assist you in applying and enrolling in your desired course. Scroll down to find their contact information. (Please note that some agents may charge for their services, so we advise confirming this directly with the agent).
