Who the course is for:
This course is available to S4, S5, & S6 students who are keen to learn specific animal care skills as well as highly transferrable vocational skills in communication, information processing, and health and safety.Â
Duration:
This course is designed to be flexible and to cater for individual learning style with a learn at your own pace model.Â
Delivery:
This distance-learning course is delivered through a series of online packs that consist of reading information, interactive activities and final assessments. There are no formal exams. Students are also assigned a personal tutor available by phone or email to mentor students through the course.
Qualification:
Students completing this course will be awarded an SRUC Certificate comparable to SCQF Level 5.
